„BULGARIAN ASSOCIATION OF ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY“

  1. GENERAL

Art. 1. These terms and conditions govern the use of the „Bulgarian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery“ (the Association). They contain terms of use, rules for the information resources, technological solutions, electronic communication and remote access services provided through the website.

Art. 2. By accessing and using the site, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Art. 3. If the user does not agree to the terms, he/she should discontinue using the site.

  1. ASSOCIATION DATA

Art. 4. The site administrator is „Bulgarian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery“, which is a non-profit legal entity, registered under the Law on Non-profit Legal Entities, with its registered office and management address in the city of Ruse, ul. „4, with email: office@buloms.com.

Art. 6. The content of the website is exclusively informative.

  1. MEMBERSHIP

Art. 8. Application for membership is made via an online form.

Art. 9. Submission of an application does not automatically confer membership.

Art. 10. The decision to accept a new member shall be taken by the Governing Body of the Association, as provided for in its Statutes. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and in compliance with the applicable regulations.

Art. 11. Submission of false information may be grounds for refusal.

  • CONSUMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. 

Art. 12. Users have the right to free access to public information on the site.

Art. 13. Users undertake:

Article 15.  The Association does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free access to the site.

  • damage caused by the use of the information

Art. 17. The information on the site is provided „as is“ and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Art. 18. All materials on the site are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act. All text, images, logos and graphics are the property of the Association.

Art. 20. The processing of personal data provided via the membership form is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Art. 21. By applying for membership, the user declares that he or she is providing the data voluntarily.

  1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Art. 22. The Association may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Art. 23. The changes shall take effect from their publication on the website.
